Exchange and Return Policy

Warranty

There is no warranty for items under any circumstances, such as: peeling/tears/defects/stickiness/color fading/zippers or any other defect.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check all photos of each item (including signs of wear) and upon receipt of the item, to carefully check it from all directions in order to understand and see any signs of wear, if any. It is the customer's responsibility to decide whether they wish to keep the item or return it.

Furthermore, there may be cases where an item was photographed in way x and arrived to the customer in way y - this can happen with vintage items and there will be no option for a refund due to lack of transparency. Second-hand and vintage items are items with high wear and tear, and therefore one must make personal considerations as to whether it is appropriate to purchase second-hand or not.

The inspection must be carried out before removing the labels - once a label is removed, there will be no option to return or exchange!
We advocate for full transparency in photographing signs of wear from all directions, and therefore it is the customer's responsibility to decide whether it is suitable for them to purchase a second-hand item.

 

It is important to understand that most items are vintage and it is possible that even after very little use (even one day), defects that were not seen before may appear, and in any case, there is no warranty on the item.

 

Exchange

Items purchased on the website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment (or for self-pickup - from the order date), only if all labels attached to the item have not been removed and the item(s) have not been used at all.

An item cannot be exchanged until the first item is returned to us. When exchanging an item, a re-exchange or credit will not be possible.

Items cannot be exchanged after the 14-day period for any reason whatsoever and no exceptions will be made.

The exchange will be made via a courier at a cost of 30₪. If you purchased an item/items and received free shipping over 1000₪ and the entire order is returned, you will also be charged for this shipment. Returns with a courier can take up to 14 business days and are not dependent on Volver, but on the courier company.

If an exchange was made for a website gift credit - and the credit was redeemed, the item cannot be exchanged or a credit cannot be re-issued under any circumstances, even if the customer added money.

Credit

You can receive a credit valid for the website only. The credit is valid for 24 months from its issue date and is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is not possible to restore a lost credit!
A credit received from the physical store cannot be redeemed on the website.

After receiving and redeeming a credit - the item cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, even if the customer added money.

 

Transaction Cancellation and Refund

Transaction cancellation, even one minute after ordering, will incur a full deduction of 5% or 100₪, whichever is lower, according to law. Unfortunately, these are the fees charged to us by credit card companies, and therefore no flexibility will be possible in this matter.

In addition, we are available to you through our customer service for consultation, questions, photos, and any information before entering credit card details to avoid transaction cancellation fees.

 No refund, credit, or exchange can be made for products under 50 ILS.

Transaction cancellation will be possible within 14 days from the date of package receipt (or for self-pickup - the days will be calculated from the moment the package is ordered), and only if the item has not been used and all attached labels have not been removed.

Upon transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, will be charged according to law. No refund will be given for shipping fees.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the transaction. The credit will be reflected within 14 business days from the moment of cancellation and is not dependent on Volver, but on the credit card company.

Returns with a courier can take up to 14 business days and are not dependent on Volver, but on the courier company.
