Authenticity Commitment

At Volver, every item undergoes three rigorous inspection stages:

We only work with authorized suppliers committed to selling only authentic pre-owned items.

Every item is inspected by leather experts and professionals experienced in luxury brands.

We check serial numbers, stitching, collection types, prints, and hand-stitching to ensure the item's authenticity.

We guarantee 100% authenticity or a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping cost 29₪ for purchases under 999₪.

For purchases over 999₪, shipping is free of charge.
Up to 3 business days in regular areas.

In remote areas/kibbutzim – up to 7 business days.

During holiday seasons and sales – up to 10 business days.

If approved to leave the package by the door or in an electrical cabinet – Volver is not responsible for loss or damage.

Exchanges and Returns

Up to 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. For self-pickup, counted from the order date.

The item is unused, with all original tags.

An additional exchange or cancellation of a transaction is not possible after an exchange has been made.

Transaction Cancellation and Refund

5% or 100 ₪ (whichever is lower), in accordance with the law.

Will be processed to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.

Shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

Item Warranty

There is no warranty for peeling, tears, color fading, or other defects.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt and before removing tags. Removing tags prevents the possibility of return or exchange.
